16 ounces red beans

6 ounces tomato paste

20 ounces tomatoes, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon oregano

½ teaspoon tabasco sauce

4 ounces jalapenos, chopped

1 cup beer

1 cup cheeses, shredded

½ cup sour cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Add the beef to a pan and sauté till brown.

Push it to one side and add onion and garlic along with salt, oregano, chilli powder and tabasco and mix.

Pour the beans, jalapenos, tomato paste, tomatoes, cheese, and beer and boil till it thickens.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with cream on top and enjoy.
